Mosaic Community Foundation is an emerging community-centered nonprofit initiative based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Our purpose is simple: connect people across cultures and backgrounds, support meaningful local efforts, and create pathways for individuals and families to thrive.
We believe lasting change starts with listening, grows through partnership, and becomes possible when neighbors show up for one another. We're building a foundation that reflects the people, hopes, and possibilities of Central Pennsylvania.
